Video Record Technology (VEO) has arrived here at WHSA & NJ Elite!
Technology has revolutionized the way we enjoy and participate in sports. The first-time a whole match was shown on live television was in the 1938 (FA Cup Final Preston North End vs. Huddersfield Town). Back then more people watched the game in the stadium than at home as very few people owned television sets. A few years later, in 1954, the FIFA World Cup had its first television broadcast and by 2018 (only 64 years later) more than half the world (3.5 Billion) watch the world cup on their screens.
Clearly, sport television has helped fans enjoy every aspect of the game and players have learned to use it to improve their skills. Professional clubs have also seen the benefits of using games and training videos to improve. Video recording technology has significantly improved in recent years, making it more affordable and practical to use.
The Watchung Hills SA/NJ Elite club has obtained the latest video recording technology (VEO Camera) to help our players succeed on the pitch. Through the power of software applications and Artificial Intelligence (AI), we are now able to provide our players with tactical game video analysis, personalized visual feedback, team and player highlights of a match, and more.
Our players, parents, fans, and recruiters will soon have the option to view games, see highlights and follow their special player in social media. Our new Artificial Intelligence camera is an incredible tool, we are extremely excited to share it with you.
For more information about our newest camera, please visit VEO Camera.
